- works on the principle of infrared radiation (IR)
- no hot air flow affecting the digital plotter
- adjustable height and rotation
- placed on wheels with brakes
- IR heater PID control
- 2 width variations
- 230V power supply
- maintenance free design
Device designed to dry the digital print inks. The machine consists of a drying head and a stand on the wheels with brakes, which allows the drying head to be fixed in the most suitable position (the drying head can be lifted and rotated) for efficient drying on various types of printing machines. The drying head is equipped with sources of high-efficiency infrared radiation, which ensures even drying of printed colors. Hot air flow is NOT used for drying to prevent affection of the printing machine (premature drying of inks on the printing head).
The machine’s control panel allows you to precisely set the temperature of the infrared heaters and maintain this setting accurately using a precise temperature PID controller. Further control of the drying effect as well as the thermal stress of the printed substrate can be accomplished by varying the distance of the face of the drying head from the surface of the material to be dried. As a result, a technologically suitable yet energy-saving drying mode can be set for the different types and thicknesses of the printing inks used and for the different widths of the material to be printed. The equipment is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of EU countries in terms of construction, operation and safety of operators and is equipped with CE declaration.
