Automatic spraying machine designed for spraying profiles, wooden planks, etc. Automatic spray guns are controlled by photosensors and time relays, their position and spraying direction can be easily and quickly adjusted according to the specific needs of the products to be processed. The device can be prepared for different number of spray guns. The processed material is transported through the spraying chamber on two-parts belt conveyor. A combination of squirrel cage motor and the frequency invertor for precise velocity control and maintenence-free operation. The belt speed can be changed continuously, actual value in meters per minute is indicated on the display.
Mechanically and chemically resistant conveyor belts. The feeding part of the conveyor includes the guiding and pressure elements of the parts to be processed. Paint overspray is collected and can be recycled. The exhaust air is filtered. An external exhaust air filter is included. A non-driven handling conveyor or a dryer is recommended behind the machine. The equipment is designed and produced to meet requirements of regulations and standards of EU countries regarding the design, running and safety of operation and it has a CE declaration. The device is intended for areas without explosion hazard. The modification of equipment is obligatory in the case of using of solvent-based varnishes.
