DryCube Drying Chambers
for automatic, dust-free and fast drying of solvent-based and water-based paints …
- automatic drying of parts on paint drying trolley
- energy saving recirculation system
- dust-free drying in an enclosed space
- transverse airflow between racks
- ATEX option
- accurate PID control with adjustable temperature
- adjustable drying time (water-based varnish 12-15 min)
- self-installation option
- continuous chamber design and further customisation possible
Stationary hot air chamber for drying water-based paint systems. The chamber is ready to be filled with coated material on paint drying trolley (or on other trolley). The water-based coatings are dried after starting of drying cycle. The process is stopped automatically. Drying is performed by a controlled flow of hot air. Air temperature can be adjusted to optimise the drying process. The intake and recirculated air is filtered, so the dried surfaces are protected from dust as much as possible. Extraction of humid air. Reliable, economical and safe operation.
The equipment is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of EU countries in terms of construction, operation and operator safety and is supplied with the CE declaration. On request, the device can be delivered in an ATEX (explosion-proof) version for drying solvent-based paints. The device is delivered disassembled and is ready for easy assembly. The device is intended for installation in a non-explosive environment (normal version).
