EW Modular Extraction Walls

Paint mist extraction wall for manual or robot spray paint application. Compatible with water-based, UV-water-based or solvent-based coatings. Equipment contains back wall, against which the spraying is done, side walls and upper wall. The air with oversprayed aerosol is exhausted through the rough filter (Andreae filter) and then through the fine filter (glass fibre).

The mentioned filters separate the overspray from exhausted air, which is led out of the working area. Very simple tool-free filter change. Pre-filter installation ready. This option extends Andreae filter replacement time when using water-based or UV water-based paints. In addition to the usual fixed spray gun holder, the device also includes an extra holder which allows to switch on extraction fan when spray gun is removed. This can save energy especially in winter months. Extraction fan is mounted on a console and can be installed on suitable place in production.

Equipment is delivered disassembled with finished switchboard and wiring. Equipment is designed for installation in space with danger of explosion – zone 2, wall-mounted switchboard and extraction fan must be installed in space without danger of explosion. Silent and safe operation. The equipment is designed and produced to meet requirements of regulations and standards of EU countries regarding the design, running and safety of operation and it has a CE declaration. It is possible to install the activated carbon filter in exhausting system on request. It is also possible to upgrade the system to achieve G4 filtration level. Exhaust pipe between extraction wall and its fan included up to 3m length.
