ACM Washout Booth
Equipment designed for manual degreasing, developing or emulsion removing of screen printing stencils by water processes. It allows the use of high-pressure washers by having a suitably chosen shape and treatment against the exhalation of water mist generated into the workshop space. Base cabinet with tub is made of special antistatic material, resistant to all known types of degreasers, emulsion removers and emulsifiers.
The back acrylic wall is illuminated by a diffuse light source in order to continuously control the developing or washing process. The bottom of the cabinet is fitted with a stainless steel grid for better frame stability. The bathtub includes water fittings that can be easily connected to the water supply and drain system or to the internal media recycling system in the workshop.
ACT Washout Booth
The equipment is part of a comprehensive environmental program for detergent recycling and screen cleaning technology. The wash box is made of a special antistatic material and has a special construction that allows the extraction of both volatile components and heavy vapors from bases and paint thinners. The box is equipped with a suction opening of diameter 125 mm and grid for easy positioning of frames. From outside, the box is fitted with a metal roller shutter that closes the box when not in use.
The box has a separate wash liquid circuit, which is a special cleaner with very low evaporation. The washing liquid is stored in a 50-liter container located under the box. Inside the container there is a sludge bed with a filter cloth and a sludge net. The liquid is pumped into the box by a special explosion-proof pump with air drive, which ensures complete safety, the box has no electrical installation. Inside the box is a set of hose and washing brushes made of materials resistant to paint and cleaning agents.
