Rego Screen Drying Cabinet

The device is used to dry the coated screens in a horizontal position and to store them before exposure. REGO screen drying cabinets are available in three sizes – other sizes available on request. It is composed of a clean and thermally insulated cabinet with five horizontal drawers, easily sliding on the roller bearing system. The drawers fit tightly to the cabinet face, ensuring minimal light penetration into the interior. Layered and dried stencils can be stored in the cabinet for up to several days before exposure.

On the right side, there is a heating part with a fan and a temperature regulator, maintaining the internal air circulation temperature at 40°C with an accuracy of 3°C. The inlet of fresh air is filtered, the air outlet can be adjusted so that the operation of the drying cabinet is as economical as possible with regard to the quantity and formats of the dried screens and the coating technique or drying time. Screens of any size and shape can be stored in five drawers in both drying positions used (print side down or up). Operation is very simple, there is a switch with two indicators on the front side, indicating the function and display indicating the internal temperature.
