PROTON manual screen printing presses are equipped with a horizontal screen lift and a one side guided squeegee. They are equipped with a horizontal duralumin table with vacuum suction of printed material, which is automatically interrupted when the printing form is lifted. The print table is horizontally movable in the X and Y axes with three micrometer screws for accurate alignment. The printing form is mounted in a stainless steel subframe whose height above the print material is adjustable by a single off contact adjustment wheel. Two removable partitions are then mounted in the subframe, which allow the fastening of screen printing frames of various types and dimensions with four cross clamps. The subframe with printing form is lifted pneumatically for larger types.

The subframe moves along the screen parallel to the printing table, preventing flow and spillage. A guide rod for a one-sided guided squeegee is also mounted on the subframe, which greatly facilitates the printing of large areas. The space on the sides of the table always remains completely free, allowing the gradual printing of long formats such as banners or strips. All table types are fitted with a fixed, low-pressure, quiet radial vacuum pump operated by a special circuit breaker. FIMOR squeegee is supplied with the machine as standard for printing the maximum size. The device is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of EU countries in terms of construction, operation and operator safety and is equipped with the CE declaration.
