AeroStack automatic sheet stacker is a machine designed for stacking sheets behind various types of dryers. The dried sheets are automatically removed from the dryer conveyor belt, moved above the stack on the accelerator conveyor and on the air cushion, and then aligned into a stack by braces automatically operating on arrival of each sheet. The stack of sheets automatically lowers depending on its height, which is controlled by a contactless sensor.
Independently adjustable speed of the accelerator conveyor, possibility of independent adjustment of work of individual sections of air cushion. Possibility of quick adjustment of the required stacking height. The stacker is equipped with a device for taking samples during rapid stacking. Emergency STOP button.
