A hot air dryer designed for the safe drying of solvent-based paints applied to various materials. The dryer consists of a loading section, one or more hot air sections, a cooling section and an unloading section with belt drive. The device works in both hot-air and cooling sections with high-speed, highly turbulent flow, which allows to minimize the size of the dryer and its energy consumption. Very high accuracy of maintaining the set temperature is guaranteed by the PID temperature control with automatic tuning of control parameters. The control system is characterized by a very fast and accurate rise to the set temperature without overshooting it and a precise maintenance of the set temperature.

A combination of squirrel cage motor and the frequency invertor for precise velocity control and maintenence-free operation. The belt speed can be changed continuously, actual value in meters per minute is indicated on the display. The conveyor belt is made from the PTFE covered fibreglass fabric. It has high mechanical and temperature resistance. The printed material is aerodynamicaly fixed on the belt. Fumes extraction. Switchboard with safety central STOP button and main switch of the equipment. Noise insulation, top function, simple operation, modern design. The equipment is designed and produced to meet requirements of regulations and standards of EU countries regarding the design, running and safety of operation and it has a CE declaration. It is also confirmed by certificated authority from the point of view of safety drying of flammable materials.
