Water Base Evaporation
Water UV paints and varnishes use water to reduce viscosity. Therefore, the water must first evaporate completely.
UV Curing
The UV component of the paint remaining after water evaporation must be cured by the UV light of the defined parameters.
Cooling
After both phases of drying, the product is cooled down to an acceptable temperature behind the UV lamps to be handled and stacked.
