The robust design ensures exceptional machine stability, which has a significant impact on the long-term accuracy of the set registration. Print arms are welded and machined from robust steel plates, which provides good rigidity of the whole assembly. The machine is traditionally greaseless – the printer only prints and all maintenance is reduced to occasional cleaning.

Very fast, easy and perfected clamping of screen printing frames and colour registration adjustment. To adjust colour registration, you can use the screen to move in all necessary directions, including the ability to rotate horizontally. All adjustments are very fine and precise with micrometer screws. There is also the possibility of adjusting the angle between the screen printing form and the printing pallet, and of course also the possibility of adjusting the off contact and radial displacement of the printing pallets. All adjustments can be made without tools and are secured with the appropriate locking elements.

The modern design of aluminum printing pallets gives them excellent stiffness at very low weight, which reduces the overall inertia and significantly reduces the loads on the operator during printing. The print pallets are also suitable for the use of flash cure units (eg FLASHTERM 39 Master). Optimized geometry of springs and other elements controlling the print arms further reduces the operator’s effort.

The ultra-precise locking of the print frame position to the pallet utilizes the preload of the locking pin between the guide rollers, which, together with the very precise fit of all moving parts and rigid construction, contributes to excellent registration even during large print runs. The design and adjustment of the locks allows multiple printers to work simultaneously. The device is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of the Czech Republic and EU countries in terms of construction, operation and operator safety and is equipped with the CE declaration.
