FlashTerm Flash Cure Unit
flash cure unit for carousel printing presses…
- combination of infrared heaters and hot air flow (IR + HA)
- high efficiency for plastisol and water-based inks
- for any type of textile printing carousel presses
- adjustable drying head height
- adjustable drying time
- adjustable irradiated area
- thermal power adjustment
- contactless sensor for heating start
- can be controlled by a signal from a semi-automatic printing press
Flash cure unit for ink drying on textile presses. It uses infrared radiation in combination with a controlled flow of hot air. High efficiency for both plastisol and water-based paints. Thanks to its sophisticated design it can cooperate with all types of textile carousel presses. Comfortable operation offers adjustable height of drying head, setting of drying time in two time settings, choice of irradiated area (energy saving in flashing of small motifs), setting of heat input.
The flash cure dryer has a proximity sensor that switches the unit on when the print pallet is approached. There is also the possibility of controlling the flash cure unit with a signal directly from a semi-automatic printing press. The equipment is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of EU countries in terms of construction, operation and operator safety and is equipped with the CE declaration.
