FlashFan Extraction System

Device for fumes extraction from the surroundings of the FlashTerm flash cure unit. Extracts odors during flashing when printing textiles on carousel printing presses. The unit consists of an exhaust system, a sound-insulated exhaust fan and a set of exhaust hoses (10 m). Exhaud system can be easily fixed to the flash cure drying head. It is designed for extracting odors created during flashing, while not significantly affecting the drying function. The exhaust fan is sound-insulated and is located on a stand with rubber bushings. The connection between the exhaust duct and the exhaust fan as well as between the exhaust fan and the exhaust outlet is made by flexible, thermally and noise insulated exhaust hoses. The device is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of EU countries in terms of construction, operation and operator safety and is equipped with the CE declaration.
