Set of flash cure unit and conveyor dryer in textile printing. Designed for plastisol and water-based textile inks. The set consists of FLASHTERM 39 Master flash cure dryer and VARIO BELT conveyor with IRCS drying chamber. FLASHTERM 39 Master unit – for flash curing of inks when printing on manual or automatic carousel screen printing presses. It uses short-wave infrared radiation in combination with a controlled flow of hot air. Thanks to its sophisticated design, it can successfully cooperate with virtually any type of carousel. Comfortable control offers the possibility of adjusting the height of the drying head, the choice of drying time (in practice about 2-6 s), the size of the irradiated area (saving energy when printing small motifs), the possibility of setting the temperature. The proximity sensor automatically switches the intermediate dryer on when the print palette arrives.
A set of flash cure unit and a conveyor with drying chamber, gives the possibility of final drying and curing of prints. High performance with maximum energy savings. Infrared radiation is used in combination with hot air flow for curing. High efficiency for plastisol and water paints. The resulting conveyor dryer is equipped with a Heat Stop System, which switches the heating on and off as the product enters the drying chamber, thus significantly saving energy. Teflon-coated fibreglass mesh belt with adjustable speed. Effective thermal insulation, belt suction, fumes extraction. The equipment is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of EU countries in terms of construction, operation and operator safety and is equipped with the CE declaration.
