Excalibur Printing Inks

High-quality Excalibur plastisol and silicone inks for textile printing. Made in Canada by Lancer Group. The inks are free of phthalates and heavy metals. Colours can be also mixed according to the PANTONE sampler. Different series for great result in many diverse applications.

500 Series

    • 600 Series

    CMYK inks (Process Colours)

  • for direct printing
  • ready for use
  • using the 505 base, print density calibration is possible
  • using process shades (Process Blue and Process Red), it is possible to achieve better results in colour matching of the respective printing motif (eg if the overall tuning of the motif is blue, Process Blue is used instead of Cyan shade)
  • phthalate-free, heavy metal-free, easy to process, low viscosity for easy printing
  • curing at 160°C

    • 600SS Series

    CMYK inks (Process Colours)

    • similar properties to the 600 series, but the colors have 25% more pigment and are designed for transfer printing

    700 Series

    glitter inks

    • transparent glitter base
    • the two most commonly used shades of Metallic Silver and Metallic Gold have a glitter size of only 0.1 mm and can therefore be printed with a 43t silk screen mesh, ensuring that even the finer details of the printing motif are perfectly saturated
    • other shades have a glitter size of about 0.2 mm and require a 24t or lower silk screen mesh

    DC Series – Discharge

    printing dark materials without the need of underbase print

    • DC-2012 transparent, DC-2015 white, DC-2018 ultra white, 294 activator (6-20%)
    • to print dark cotton-type materials, do not require background printing due to discharge function
    • highly resistant to pigment migration
    • phthalate-free, heavy metal-free, easy to process, low viscosity for easy printing
    • curing at 160°C
    • the application requires testing, it depends very much on the quality of the printed material

    Defenders

    underbase inks blocking pigment migration

    • prevents migration of pigment from printed material to ink
    • for PES materials
    • grey – for common materials (1569 Defender)
    • černý – for the most problematic cases
    • defender can sometimes replace the underbase white, but it must be tested first
