UV curing module designed to be installed separately on existing conveyors or above a moving strip of cured material. This equipment is also designed to be installed on the appropriately extended loading section of the ULTRATERM () HA conveyor dryers, creating a combined dryer for drying water-based, solvent-based and UV inks. The design and layout of each UV module gives enough UV energy along its entire length while significantly suppressing the heat affecting the workpieces.
The UV curing section contains one row of UV lamps. Each UV lamp can be switched on separately and operated in two power levels (50/100%). Using UV lamps in modules with heat filters separates the hot lamp environment from the working space. This brings in particular a significant decrease in the temperature of the processed material, increased safety and improved cooling and cleanliness of UV lamps and their mirrors. Ozone air produced by UV sources is extracted. Specially developed shields minimize the risk of exposure to UV radiation. Separate freely movable switchboard cabinet with control panel, emergency STOP button and main switch of the whole device. The control panel is also equipped as standard with ammeters for monitoring the UV lamp operating mode and operating hours counters for monitoring UV lamp wear. Noise insulation, high-end function, simple operation. A noise-insulated exhaust fan is included. The device is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of EU countries and is equipped with the CE declaration.
