UV module with cooling designed to be installed separately on existing conveyors or above a moving strip of cured material. The design and layout of each UV module gives enough UV energy along its entire length while significantly suppressing the heat affecting the workpieces. The UV curing chamber contains one row of UV lamps, each UV lamp can be switched on separately. Energy output is switchable in two stages. Using UV lamps in modules with special heat filters separates the hot lamp environment from the working space. This brings in particular a significant decrease in the temperature of the processed material, increased safety and improved cooling and cleanliness of UV lamps and their mirrors. Additional cooling zone for reducing material temperature after curing.
Ozone air produced by UV sources is extracted. Specially developed shields minimize the risk of exposure to UV radiation. Separate freely movable switchboard cabinet with control panel, emergency STOP button and main switch of the whole device. The control panel is also equipped as standard with ammeters for monitoring the UV lamp operating mode and operating hours counters for monitoring the UV lamp wear. Noise insulation, high-end function, simple operation. Noise insulated exhaust and cooling fan are included. The device is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of EU countries and is equipped with the CE declaration.
