UV conveyor dryer designed for curing UV inks and UV varnishes compatible with various types of printing and coating machines. The design and arrangement of the UV radiation source gives enough UV energy over the entire working width while significantly suppressing the thermal influence of the cured objects. The UV lamps used are equipped with reflectors made of a special material with increased UV reflectivity. The UV curing chamber contains one row of UV lamps, each UV lamp can be switched on separately. The overall thermal impact of the cured objects is reduced by high-quality heat filters and high-pressure air cooling.
The control panel of the UV chamber is equipped as standard with ammeters for monitoring the UV lamp operating point and operating hours counters for monitoring the UV lamp wear (replacement after approx. 1000 hours of operation is recommended). The conveyor belt is driven by a modern concept with a maintenance-free brushless three-phase motor with a gearbox controlled by a frequency inverter, which enables continuous speed control of the conveyor belt. The set speed is displayed directly in m / min on the display. Highly durable Teflon-coated fiberglass belt.
Printed products are held aerodynamically on the conveyor belt, so there is no risk of damaging them when passing through the curing chamber or at high belt speeds. Ozone air generated by the work of UV sources is extracted. Specially developed shields minimize the risk of exposure to UV radiation. Switchboard cabinet with device control panel, emergency STOP button and main switch of the whole device. Mobile conveyor dryer on its own wheels, can be fixed in position using set screws. Noise insulation, top features, simple operation, attractive design. The equipment includes noise insulated fans for cooling and exhaust. The device is designed and manufactured to comply with the regulations and standards of EU countries and is equipped with the CE declaration.
