The design and arrangement of the UV radiation source gives enough UV energy over the entire working width while significantly suppressing the thermal influence of the printed objects. The UV lamp reflector used is made of a special material with increased UV reflectance.

The overall thermal impact of the printed objects is reduced by quality heat filters and air cooling. A combination of squirrel cage motor and the frequency invertor for precise velocity control and maintenence-free operation. The belt speed can be changed continuously. Highly durable Teflon-coated fiberglass belt.

The printed products are held aerodynamically on the conveyor belt so that there is no risk of damage to the products when passing through the curing chamber or at high belt speeds.
